If you have not submitted it, then why worry, just update the details and upload it. Institute want to collect details for their record and analysis purspose, just disclose it. I am not very sure what major impact it will have on your results, but it is always better to provide information when sought, at the end it is your obligation.

If uneditable, you need to submit as you have already paid the fees. Still, I would suggest you to call up the Examination Departments helpdesk tomorrow and seek clarification, they will help you before you submit your form.
