Yes, U can file IT return for A.Y.18-19 on or before 31/03/2019 or completion of assessment whichever is earlier but with applicable penalty....
10000 - In case Gross Total income > 500000
5000- In all other cases

if total income is less than 500000, late fee is 1000 and not 5000
