HI,
I want to know whether TDS should complusory deducted monthly or shall we dedut by December.Since the TDS per month amount is 30 ( 30*12month = 360 yearly )

TDs should be deducted as and when the credit/payment happens once the section triggers
credit/payment which ever is earlier
