@ Ms.Divyansh.. If you haven't received any Notice from the Department fr the relevant Assmt Year.. then you can give NA in that cell (item (c) under Filing Status in Part A General). If you have received any notice, then you should give the date of receipt of such notice.
Also the receipt no. (item (b) under Filing Status) means the ITR V - Acknowledgement number which you received when you had filed the original return..
