Income tax return u/s 44ad
agar hamne 2 saal ka return under section 44ad Kiya Hai.... or ab 3rd year return hame regular business ITR fil3 karna Hai to ham kar sakte Hai ya nahi... bcoz abi Hamara 3rd year ko turnover 95 lakh tk Gaya Hai...

As per sec 44AD(4) of the act, you will be required to get accounts audited u/s. 44AB(e) for next five years, if you opt opt of sec. 44AD within 5 years of continuation.
