INCOME TAX RETURN ON NEW PORTAL

Friends I'm filling ITR of one of my cousin. His return is going first time means before he has not got filed any ITR.
1-My querry is that when I'm filling his return on new income tax portal his Name, PAN no, Adhaar no and DOB is not displaying in Personal information tab.
2- In the last there is tab of declaration, in that when I'm writing his name selecting self then automatically name is disappearing.
Please friends guide on on these issue.

Just Contact to Help Desk number , on new income tax portal .

I talked to tgem that it is default from their end and website is still in transition stage and wait for some days
