kindly advise my salary income 275000 approx
income from mf,interest,diividend is 250000 appox.
capital loss is approx 60000
tds deducted is around 5000
my mediclaim , elss 72000
is it ok if i don't income tax return and forego 5000/- tds
or is it mandatory to file income tax return
