I have client who has income from salary ,part time auto driver ,and agricultural income which form i should use if he dont maintain any books of account?

You have to file ITR 1
Salary Income - Salary.
Auto Driver - Other Source.
Agriculturul Income- Exempt Income.
You can use ITR1 but if your agriculturul income is more than Rs. 5,000/- then use ITR2.
