Income tax return invalidated u/S 139 (9)
Hi everyone .. One of my client ITR is invalidated as name of pan and name given as per Income tax form is different.. Now can't rectify because already time lapsed... I didn't know they have sent notice email.. By the time I came to know no option was there to rectify.. What should I do now??

You can rectify the return any time... as for revised return their is limit of time but for rectification you can do the rectification...
Is it?? But in notice it is served that u have not rectified the return within 15 days of notice, so all options given to you is over and your return in invalidated.
Can you plz upload the return by rectifying the same on income tax website as due to name variations it a clearical mistake... it's not increase any tax liabilities or evasion of tax ... AO Will except the same.. plz vist www.taxguide.club for free advice...
Or else you can approach the concerned A.O. for the matter by writing a letter.

"processed return details are not available for the selelected Assessment year. KIndly try after sime time "
