INCOME TAX RETURN FORM ITR-1

We have filed ITR-1 and message received filed successfully. But the option of downloading acknowledgement and return are not on the portal so we couldn't view the return or take the print out of the return. We already reported to greviances but no reply. Kindly guide us.
