How to file income tax return when there is multiple developers developing single land ( JV with land owner) and sharing sites according JV . There is no partnership agreement between them. There is only JV for site development. Can each developer file income tax return individually for their income which is arise from sale of their respective sites or whole JV comes under single PAN ? I mean association of persons....
