you can file IT return for AY 2011-12, 2012-13 till March 31, 2013. After March 31, retruns can be filed for AY 12-13 and 13-14.
If any TDS refund is there in that particular AY-10-11, Please file Paper return with dept otherwise not required

But if you have received notice u/s 142(1), requiring you to submit Return of Income then you can file return now.
