I want to file Income tax return for Schedule tribes whose income is not taxable under Section 10(26)a for fy 2015-16. Which ITR form do i have to use, and will there be a penalty for them if i file IT for FY205-16 in this year

ITR FORM depends on the nature of income so first provide the nature of income and Belated return can be filed for FY 15-16 upto 31.03.2018
Source of income is salary. And they reside in the hills of arunachal Pradesh.
U can file ITR 1: for individuals having income from salary.
also kept in mind as per sec 10 (26) income is exempt if income from any source in such area ; or income by way of dividend and interest on security.
These income not part of total income so no need to file return.
