Income tax return filing

Income tax return has sole base of PAN without which you cannot file any return or do any activity related to Income Tax. So firstly please apply for PAN and then file your return.

Okk. We have PAN Card in AY 2016-17 . So can We file the Return of the previous AY 2015-16 and AY 2014-15 now???

Tax returns need to filed within due time period. And time for filing the ITR for A.Y 2015-16 and A.Y 2014-15 is over.

Yeah I know. But Tanvi Madam I am just asking Suppose I have Received PAN Card on this Year. So, Can I file return of last year too as my PAN Card wasnt  that time???

Definitely you can, provided there is time limit to file return for those years.
