Income tax return filing

In the both case second one will be INVALID RETURN....

If he have lost the copy of his acknowledgment then he can get it from department itself...!!! 

I think it is not again retun file becouse already filed. have you aknowledge or not. you can met income tax Deppt.

you have to prepare AFFIDAVITE for that then give to income tax ward into which retrun was filed. prepare application and attach AFFIDAVITE, computation of income and copy of account as evidence.

You can fill a revise return but cannnot fill original return twice.
