The due date for filing the ITR for F.Y 07-08 and 08-09 has gone. So now there is no chance for filing the ITR for that period. If you want to file then you will have to pay a penalty of Rs. 5000 for each return filing. You can file ITR for F.Y 09 and 10-11.

Dear Friend
you can file return of A.Y. 2010-11 F.Y (2009-10) Panelty may be imposed of Rs. 5000
you can file return of A.Y. 2011-12 F.Y. (2010-11) No panelty till March 31, 2012 then panelty may be imposed Rs. 5000. Interest will be charged after due date as per the case.
