Yes it is. you can do correction in adhaar or pan before last date.
You can file your return mentioning your aadhar in your return।
Yes, you can file ITR now, feed adhar number, and after filing itr make correction in pan or adhar and later on link pan with adhar
ITR IS NOT ACCEPTED BY E FILLING PORTAL WITHOUT ADHAAR PAN LINKING
I filed ITR today without linking Aadhar with PAN.
adhar pan linking last date is 30.9.2019, you can file itr even if adhar and pan is not linked.
feed adhar number in itr form and file, after that apply to correct adhar or pan and then link on or before 30.9.19

i am not able to file ITR after entering Aaadhar no in form.
I am getting Message as "Aadhar Number should be linked with pan and quoted in Income tax return"
