You can only file return under approval from CIT and under condonation of delay u/s 119(2)(b) otherwise not
First obtain condonation from CIT

Apply under condonation of delay section
Sir application k liye apply krne jaa rha toh vha no records found krke msg aa rha
There we can only apply for condonation request for delay in e-verification after filing of income tax return.
