If I missed to file income return ay 2020 - 2021 , can I file this return after condonation request?

Only in case of refund claim and claim of carry forward. losses , after approval from CIT your request for condonation of delay you can file return for F. Y 2019-20 .

Yes, after getting approval from CIT then you can file return under condonation of delay u/s 119(2)(b)
Due date was extended upto 31 May 2021
