my friend is living in Germany, He is non resident.

But he wants to pay tax on income voluntary.

can you please tell me in which head I should show his income and which I income I should declare???

he is not having any income in india
but he wants to declare some income voluntary.

he is having house property in india can he declare house property income?

Whether that property has been let out or vacant or occupied by his family members?

If the property is vacant, then notional rent can be chargeable to tax after deducting 30% standard deduction and interest deduction if at all any loan is taken for the property.
