My annual income is less than 250000/- so it's mandatory to fill income tax return. Brief detail is below
Salary 170000/-
Interest 78000/- FDR+ Saving account

According to given Income, It is not mandatory, But you can filled ITR & take benefit of Refund TDS Amount (If your bank had deducted any TDS on Interest).
Sir, I have submitted 15G in bank so bank has not deducted any TDS.
