Yes....... from AY 2018-19.
Surcharge above 50 lakhs is levied at 10%, with marginal relief.

if individual total income exceeds 50lakhs rupees 10% surcharge is applicable and if total income exceeds 100lakhs rupees then15% surcharge is levied
