we need to file ITR for FY15-16.please suggest if it needs to be filed with late fee since GTI is less than the minimum taxable amount for the year ending 31mar2016?

The link is for reply that can be submitted under NMS compliance..... i.e. for reason for non-submission of ITR.
Yes, can be sent to CPC within 120 days (by post/speed post, & not by courier)
