we found that e- sahayog there is return not recieved, so while filling the return which section I have to mention for the AY 2013-14 if I am mentioned 139(4) due date over message is coming.So any body help on this.

AY 2013-14, cannot be filed now as time-barred.
If any refund due, file application with CIT for condonation for late filling the return (u/s. 119(b)(2), If permitted, you can file the return.
