RESPECTED SIR,
I have filed income tax return ITR 4 for lic commision and my refund is 28060/- but department has send order u/s 143(1) no demend no refund and i have checked my ITR form again I have properly filed TDS coloum with Tan no.Kindly suggest regarding ways to resolve this problem.
