you can file the income tax return of Fy 2013-14 on or before 31/03/2016.
yes you can file ITR before 31.03.2016 manually as well e file
Yes You can file belated income tax return for financial year 2013-14 as last date is 31.03.2016 , fill with care as belated return cannot be revised.
