Can anyone tell me that a person having nil taxable income can file Income Tax Return. What is the procedure- Form of ITR, Date?

YA HE CAN FILE, ITS DEPENDS WEATHER SALARY ITR-1 HP ITR-2 BP ITR-3 ETC...IF YOU DONT FILE ALSO ITS K....
You should file your income tax return, even if you have nil income. You can select the ITR Form in which your income falls in ITR 1-8.
