Hi!
I have forgot to file income tax return for AY 2016-17 and so I have tried to do it today. I was able to fill form and so I have paid tax with interest which was showing in my efiling return and after tax payment when I have tried to submit it, its giving me error that I can not submit it due to time limit is over for file it. Let me know if there any way to file it.

139 (4) Any person who has not furnished a return within the time allowed to him under sub-section (1), may furnish the return for any previous year at any time before the end of the relevant assessment year or before the completion of the assessment, whichever is earlier.
