Every year, thousands of indian IT professionals pay annual maintenance fees (AMF) to international companies/societies like Oracle, Microsoft, Cisco, ISACA, etc to keep their technology certificates active.
Please inform whether any income tax relief is available to those IT professionals.

For professional income ITR 2 not applicable.
