Income tax return processed and received Intimation U/S 143(1) and efiling account status shows that ITR is processed but when i check in tin nsdl refund status shows as "Stopped under advice from ITD - Payment of the refund stopped by the income tax department"
To whom we have to contact to reslove this.

You can approach the Signed Authority ( mentioned in the Notice) and seek an explanation.1st send a letter if personal visit required it will be more effective.

Hi sir, this is not regarding refund re-issue request. Return already processed receive intimation of the same but refund stopped by ITD. We raised grievance request but no response from the department.
Sir finaly how get refund plz explain me
