Income tax refund of fy 2012-2013 and fy 2013-2014
Dear All,
I am getting Income from House property .My 26 AS Showing TDS Deducted for above years RS.120000 and 105000.
Recently I heard about we are Able file those tax returns Now to get refund with Condoned application CBDT
Can U Please tell Clarify me the follwing
1,Whether first I need to file ITR or apply for Condoned Application to CBDT.
2.If I have to Request CBDT through Online /Offline How can I do?

The application for Condonation of delay has to be manually applied either with Principal Commissioner of income tax or Commissioner of Income Tax of your Jurisdiction, along with ITR.
