Income tax refund awaited

Dear Sir, 

My ITR refund is Awaited since last 60 days. As per CPC team bank account validation pending at NPCI. So i completed NPCI mapping with my SBI account. But still the same issue persist. Can you please guide me what to do.

Raise a grievance.

Or File rectification reprocess request so that it will process freshly with additional interest on IT Refund
