there is refund of rs.6000/- for the ay 11-12 & the same was shown in it intimation u/s.143(1) issued by CPC bangalore but the same was adjusted with demand of AY 08-09.
But we had already paid the ay 08-09's demand earlier.
therefore pl. some one clarify how does this refund can be recd. from income tax dept.

You file online rectification u/s 154 & written the aforesaid problem after approval of the rectification you get your refund.
