Our company should get a it refund of rs 3 Cr in ay 2015-16 but in refund/ demand status it's showing contact jurisdictiontionl officer why like that last year we received refund directly without any contact with the department

What is the status of ITR?
Transfered to AO
ITR's processing must have been transferred to the jurisdictional Assessing Officer. Please contact AO.
It can be sent back to AO for reasons like: Mismatch in Bank account details, IT Refund amount not matching with the assts, etc.
Please write to AO or visit the dept.
