Income tax refund

I filed ITR for AY 2014-15 but due to mismatch i could not ger my complete refund but later on after various efforts IT depot send me email that tax refund issue  has been resolved nad refund has been credited into my account on 23-09-2016. when I my account even after three months it has not been credited. I wrote them letters and emails but not getting any response

can some one suggest me further course of action. emails sent by IT depot are att for perusal please
