I have filed an Income Tax Return for A.Y. 2013-14 of my Individual client through e-filing for Income Tax Refund around 20000/- on time. But Income Tax refund is not yet received till date. I have e-mailed the query to ask @ incometaxindia.gov.in and they advised to contact on CPC toll free number. When I contacted on toll free number of CPC, they had asked that refund is under process and will be paid soon. But they have not confirm any time period for the same. There is alread 2 months passed for this conversation with CPC but refund is still awaited. Can anyone suggest any other channel for confirming about the status of Income Tax Refund.
