Income tax rectification order

Hi ,

I have filed ITR 4 for the A Y 2016-17 and while filing i have taken the available TDS and claimed and In tax credit option it showing as Tax credit is cliamed fully matching with TDS Available in Form 26 AS but in Order 143(1) its showing tax credit mis match but in 26 AS tax credit amount is showing same 'F' status and i submitted Rectification and even in rectification order 154 also same TDS not captured. Kindly suggest me should i submit All documents to Income tax department or any method to resolve it.
