An assessee who runs a X ray business in without registering proprietorship firm.Can he file ITR 4s???? is it consultancy /business????
& what will be the "nature of business" code???
Is the technician hired or owner himself a professional doctor/technician?
If owner himself is professionally qualified, it will be income from profession ( head PGBP), can be assesed u/s. 44ADA, if within specified turnover; thus can file ITR 4S, and business code '0607'
