Is the technician hired or owner himself a professional doctor/technician?
owner and also hired technician
If owner himself is professionally qualified, it will be income from profession ( head PGBP), can be assesed u/s. 44ADA, if within specified turnover; thus can file ITR 4S, and business code '0607'
