I have overstated my income by mistake and paid taxes on it. Return has not been processed yet. Is there any option to get the taxes back? Return has been transferred to AO because it was case of double taxaiton. Please guide

You can file a revised return.
1. For FY 2015-16 last date is 31.03.2018.
2. For FY 2014-15 last date is 31.03.2017
Returns prior to the above can not be revised and you might have to explore other sections for relief.
