I am in UAE payroll since March 2015, I have resigned my job due to personal reasons and serving notice period.
My project is over and I will be moved to India by July 31st.
I have not completed 185 days in UAE.
If I come back and serve notice period till end of August in India, will there be income tax on my UAE salary earned between April 15 to July 15 during final settlement?
Please advise.
