Income tax on salary

I am in UAE payroll since March 2015, I have resigned my job due to personal reasons and serving notice period.
My project is over and I will be moved to India by July 31st.

I have not completed 185 days in UAE.  

If I come back and serve notice period till end of August in India, will there be income tax on my UAE salary earned between April 15 to July 15 during final settlement?

Please advise.

If your total days in India comes to be more than 182. Your complete income is taxable in India irrespective of the fact that it is earned in or outside India. Advice you to contact a CA in practice who could tell you about DTAAs for the same.
