Hello sir i have a querry about foreign income
sir i have earned income from australiya without TDS. Co. does'nt have any branch in india and i operate thier portal in india so please suggest me how can i enter data in return and what return shoud be filled
can i file ITR- 4 in 44AD/ADA
If its contract...... you can take it as professional services ... can be assessed u/s. 44ADA
But if employee...... it would be assessed u/h. salary......
