Income tax notice for Aop bank cash deposit.
We received it notice for f.y. 2018-19 for Aop engaged in educational activities cash deposit in his savings account, society not file any income tax return due to educational activities so kindly suggest complersary to file itr7 or online reply is enough.

Return of income is required to be filed if conditions of section 139 are fulfilled.
For Eg. if total income exceeds the maximum amount not chargeable to tax.
