can anyone tell me which edition of module of tax is application is applicable for november 2013 IPCCexam

Mr. or Miss Student, as already mentioned Finance Act 2012 will be applicable for November 2013 Examination, you may use the November 2012 Edition. Please understand that due to marketing strategies some authors try to come out with a May edition and November edition. In the November 2013 edition there will be minor inclusions such as May 2013 Exam paper with solution, some case laws and notifications and circulars, which the Institute will obviously release suggested answer and RTP, which contains all those. The Finance Bill is laid before the Parliament annually as a budget document and passed in both houses and obtains assent of the President of India before becoming a law and it will not change every six months.

Try to ask a logical question too, whether the Institute will have a November 2012 edition and one more edition let us say in Feb or March, even if it does, it will only be a re-print edition and not revised edition. Hope this clarifies your doubt.
