Since you are having only income from employer. In this case, employer will give you form-16 having all details of income

Just add interest from fixed deposit and bank accounts and use ITR-1 for filling return

Last date is 31-July

DEAR Friend ashok is right u can file ur return without paying any interest upto 31st july.u can search site on google but i think the website address is  incometax.govt.in

Your Employer has deducted TDS on your Salary.So know you have to file your tax return.

If ur filling ur return for the first time it is better to contact CA  nearby who can help u file ur return in electronically without much problem.

If u want to do it youself please visit incometaxindia.gov for further help.

ITR - 1 if u have only Income from Salary otherwise form can be changed

and Last Date is July 31 and if TDS has deducted and no more tax is payable or your tax is refundable (i.e TDS has more deducted)  then u can file also after July 31 without int.

Dont try to file return on your own basis contact with CA or Income Tax Practitioner they will charge near abt 500 - 1000rs  or contact  with Income Tax Prepatror (as per govt rules) they charged maximum 300/- rs
