We started an NGO in the year 2015, we have applied for PAN, TAN and filed a form called 10(A) we have just opened a bank account with the NGO name, Our organisation does.t do business, we work on charities only. We have three queries.

1. Are we going in a correct legal procedure with respect to NGO and IT department

2. What all the other forms we should furnish?

3. Till now we are taking services from the interested people. Most of the people are asking about 80(G) how to apply for that?
