Hi
I had one query in tax and I am not getting it even after multiple searches.
There is a Govt autonomous statutory body who takes the donation from the general public for general purpose and not utilising it then they will have to pay tax and penalty over it.
Do u know the rate at which the taxes and penalty would be imposed ?
