Sir yesterday my ca filed my tax audit report and income tax returns. He made a small clerical mistake, the spelling of my surname is agrawal but he wrote Agarwal and the itr acknowledgement and audit report has the wrong spelling, do I need to file a revised return, the pan details are accurate and correct. Please advise. Just the surname is mispelt slightly
No need to worry, if PAN no. is correct.
The query will not be raised for such clerical mistake.
