a client approached me to get his filling done but he dosen't know his income tax e filling password,bank account details & secret question .all these are known by previous auditor who has done is filling.Is there any way to get his pawword?

Get a copy of last year ITR V from which you will get acknowlegment number.
then go to incometaxefiling.gov.in site click on forgot password and enter acknowledgement number and bank a/c number. click Validate and enter new password and other details.

you're not able to reset the password with any of the three options above, please send an email to - validate @ incometaxindia.gov.in with the following details
- PAN
- PAN holder's Name
- Date of Birth / Date of Incorporation
- Father's Name
- Registered PAN address.
