Dear,

If a Person Started a Business & Passed Only 2 or  3 Moths In FY. So is he neede to File ITR?

Yes, Even for one day also, if he has transactions on that day.

if income is below taxable then not in case of individual or huf.

 

if firm , you have to filed.

If getting loss during thi short term then is it necessary to conduct Audit??
