the company was formed on 3rd march 2008, so am i required to prepare accounts from 3rd march 2008 to 31-03-2008 or i can do away by preparing it from 3rd march 2008 to 31st march 2009?
No transaction was carried during 3rd march 2008 to 31-03-2008 so can i have my accounts prepared from 3rd march 2008 to 31st march 2009 and get it audited.
will i have to pay any penalty for default?
